The Role: We're looking for a motivated and analytically strong Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This position may be filled at either the Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst level, depending on experience, scope of prior work, and qualifications. You will report directly to the VP, Finance and M&A and play an integral role in supporting financial planning and analysis, management reporting, and financial diligence on M&A targets. You will manage key financial models and analyses, partner with leaders to set budgets, and report on metrics and support strategic decision making across the organization. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role that requires intellectual curiosity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

o Forecasting & Planning: Manage the company’s financial operating model, forecasting, and long-term planning  

o Budgeting: Partner with senior business leaders across various departments and business locations to build, manage, and track budgets  

o Reporting: Maintain reporting packages and dashboards that track KPIs and financial metrics across business locations  

o Sales Operations: Assist in tracking and reporting on sales, and calculating sales commissions

o Strategic & Ad Hoc Analysis: Serve as a go-to analytical resource, performing analyses to support strategic initiatives across departments (i.e. manage and maintain commissions plans, establish and support sales operations tracking, etc.)  

o M&A Support: Assist with M&A processes including financial due diligence, valuation modeling, and deal analysis on acquisition targets

o Board & Investor Reporting: Contribute to materials for board meetings and investor updates

Requirements/Qualifications:

o 2+ years of experience in a finance, FP&A, banking, or other related analytical role  
o Mastery of Excel with strong financial modeling skills and comfort working with complex data  
o Prior budget or forecast experience
o Strong communication skills; able to present financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance audiences
o Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
o Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks  
o Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field

Reporting Structure: This position reports directly to the VP of Finance & Head of M&A and will collaborate with other departments across the organization.  

Salary Range: The US base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000 - $90,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
